Red Blades of Manderian, The Charter.

I: Core Values.

As The Red Blades of Manderian (RBoM) is a multi-gaming clan, there are some core values that are subjected to every chapter and its members. To ensure our gaming integrity is protected and our different branches are inter-changeable for every member in our community.

First and Foremost:

- In RBoM, real life always goes first. Members will never be held accountable for neglecting their ingame obligations for real life matters. Though Officers and Chapter Leaders are expected to step down if they can no longer fulfill their appropriate roles and accompanying responsibilities.

- RBoM is, and always be, an RP/PvP Guild and every chapter and member needs to represent that fact. We are open to new and old roleplayers alike and are never shy to teach the ropes to people new to either of the crafts. The exception to this rule are non RP games like FPS shooters which we might also play together.

- Respect.
Every (trial) member and officer is expected to show decency and a level of respect to their fellow guild members. Censorship is something we frown upon in RBoM. Disagreements will arise, discussions will happen but that doesn't give the right to treat your fellow members in any way you wouldn't want to be treated. If there is a problem with a member, try to talk it out. If that's not possible, there is always the chain of command. But it is not a reason to simply start a mudslinging contest, go on a griefing campaign and other nasty stuff.

- When gaming remember that we are using a service. And we do not condone any type of cheating or tampering with the values designated in the respective eula. That is not to say we don't play the meta-game in PVP games, but we do not cheat, hack etc in any circumstance as long as it's not allowed in the game.

- Playing with the guild is an important factor in RBoM, which means that when there is an ingame event in a faction you play and you are online, it is obligated for you to join said event, unless you have prior permission from an officer. It is simply not okay to solo when people have put effort into organising things for everyone's benefit.
