Applicants to the Red Blades of Manderian must write an application following the template in the open applications part of this forum. followed by an IC interview.
After which the officers decide to accept him for a trial period or not. If accepted, the trialist will be in a state of observation, with minimum of 2 weeks until the officers have deemed it right to either promote you to full member or depart ways.
The trial period is both a time for the applicant and the officers to determine if the red blades is the right guild. Its a process that goes both way.
Keep in mind that even though we accept recruits from all over the globe, we will be playing in the european server.
