General
- Don't PK clanmembers.(you can have IC fights but don't just randomly kill clanmembers)
- Do not steal your clan members loot.
- No blatant Racism
- Try to Avoid discussions in the clan about
A. Politics.
B. Religion.
Trust us, Amaryl will have the most problems with this rule
- Be Mature and Responsible. Don't purposely annoy or hurt fellow clanmembers. If you know something is annoying them, then stop it. We do not want silly fights about nothing.
- Don't blatently insult people in game outside of our clan, think before acting. Nothing is wrong with pking, or some IC adversity but spamming insults and emotes is simply pointless, not fun and hurts our reputation.
- English must be spoken at all times in clan channels.
- Officers have the final say in everything, giving advice is recommended but once a decision is made its the end of the discussion.
- We are a gaming organisation, Do not link to porn or other clearly out of line stuff. Use common sense!

Roleplaying rules.
- Always be IC during events, keep it IC and immersive to your fellow clan mates.
- When approached IC always reply ICly, there's no excuse to this one.
- Keep IC adversities between clanmembers as IC, we don't want the arguments to go on OoC and thus annoying our members.
- Don't intentionally interrupt other people's roleplay with ooc behavior.

Event rules.
- Being able to listen to Ventrillo is a must. We need that edge in Clan PvP. So have it installed and working so you can listen to the leaders. Speaking is a big plus, but not mandatory unless you're leading an event to a certain degree.
- Always follow commands, don't rebute or start pointless arguments. If you have objections or complaints, make a thread or PM the officer in charge afterwards and try to discuss your problems. Giving advice here and there is encouraged but don't argue with made decisions.
- Mandatory events are mandatory for every member online. Unless you have special clearance from the Officer leading the event.
- Be on time. Nothing is more irritating then starting 40 minutes after the planned time. Events are scheduled far enough in advance for people to move to the location in time. If somehow you can't make it in time notify the respective officer, and start moving.

Penalty system
last updated June 23 2009
to protect the integrity, contracts, diplomatic relations, overall amusement and friendly interaction of our clan with each other and other clans this will be our "Judicial" system. As we don't intend to simply kick anyone for every kind of mishap, but are also not planning on letting everything slip.

Quote:The officers will Issue; Minor warnings, and Major warnings towards their members as disciplinary actions towards behaviour unbecoming of this Clan. which includes, but are not limited to our guild rules.

-3 Minor warnings will be transformed into a Major warning.
- Whenever a member receives 2 Major warnings, his or her status will be re-evaluated by the officer team.
- Every 3 months, Minor warnings are expunged from members records.
- Major warnings are permanent.
- Members will be privately contacted, before issuing a minor/major warning, asking for an explanation/clarification, so everyone gets a chance to present his case.
- All warnings issued, will be dealt with privately, between the officers, and the member in question.
- When a warning is issued, the member will be given a reminder of his "warning status".
- If you have forgotten your "warning status" you can ask it, by PMing an Officer.

In addition; Sanctions can and will be set in place with regards to;
- Contract pay (a trail/members share of the loot)
- Sanctions regarding the clan vault
Alt Policy

RBoM has a different alt holding policy in every chapter we play with, but as a rule of thumb:
In sandbox games with a possible Meta game, we do not allow people to have alts in other guilds.
With "Themepark" guilds or with regard to FPS, we are more relaxed, as long as you notify us in what organisation you or your alts are participating we will normally be okay with it. If activity in RBoM is still actively pursued by the member in regards to forum visiting, joining events etc.
