Hi all.

Well I'm off work for a few days, maybe longer since my lungs have decided I don't need to be able to walk more than 1 foot without going out of breath.

Basically I have a chest infection and didn't realise it for a few days, that has caused havoc with my asthma and the accumalitve damage on my lungs from the abuse they generally get.

Basically if I attempt to use any major muscle on my body, so my upper arms, legs, stomach or back muscles, I get out of breath as though I've done 3 hours in the gym!

I've told you all this because I've been put on steroids, now I don't like steroids, and they really don't like me, I have a severe personality change on them, so if you get into arguments with me and I seem to intentionally upset you, or even if I seem completely suicidaly depressed, please have patiience with me, it will tkae a few weeks but I will be back to normal eventually.

Good thing of course is you may see me online afair bit more over the next few days!
lol chrys you always seem to intentionally upset people

but fuck Man that sucks! Hope you get well. Now time to have my contract renegotiated. I soo want a decent raise.
On a good note,

First instance run I did this morning was Utgarde Pinnacle, a group so awesome I didn't bother tanking and went DPS since we had an awesome healer who just healed EVERYONE, a Mage who wiped out trash groups in seconds, and my Tanking sword dropped!
That sounds really really unpleasant.
I hope you get a swift and relatively painless recovery.

Congratulations on the sword though.
Damn, hope you get well soon, man. Asthma really is a pain.
That really sucks, Chrys. Get well soon!
Hope you get better soon!
I take a steroid inhaler for my crapy lungs too. It’s really bad when the weather changes. Anyway, I hope they gave you good antibiotics for your infection and an expectorant. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water! Get well soon.
I hope you get better Chrys, sounds terrible.

That's the thing, I live on steroid inhalers all the time, I'm on the strongest Expectorant there is available in the UK everyday, when this happens I get put on Steroid tablets, which basically brings my steroid level up to silly limits in my body.

I'm always ill for a good month with complications once I come off them.
