RE: Greetings from Forsaken
The problem is that it is too general, too unclear to simple. it simply doesn't provide enough details for us to sign it.
Maybe that will change in the future, maybe it will not.

as such I completely agree why you can't sign some of those other ridiculous neutrality contracts like the one you mentioned. since it limits your ability to function and achieve your goals too much. And so will this treaty to us in its current form.

therefor I guess its in both our interests to not pursue this treaty until further development, like your first piece of property.

However I am willing to discuss seperate treaties, regarding events, trading and a nap. but not all in the same mishmash.
Since I find it both amusing and clever that non contracted parties that simply don't care about political playings aren't getting the "Equal prices" without guaranteeing your Neutrality and signing a NAP.

I seriously hope that you won't assume every guild that actually signs this will actually adhere to the seven days advance notice before sticking a knife in your back at the oppertunistic time.

I wish you and your guild all the best Thaeric, I hope forsaken will Thrive.

Actually the contracted parties are just guaranteed the equal prices for the sake of staying neutral. Its not saying that we purposely hike the prices on those that don't sign up, its just that we had to officially state the equality bit to satisfy some of the guilds who were at odds with each other. They would be rightfully be angry more likely than not, if we accidentally gave a guild they weren't friendly with a better price for something they bought as well.

Private party sales aren't necessarily controlled by that, but any bulk sale, such as an obvious purchase to supply an army, is guaranteed to be equal for any part under contract, regardless of political affiliations.

And no, we are not so naive to believe that the contract will prevent such things from happening, but it will definitely cause a political backlash from a great many guilds should someone do that. That is a neutral guilds only true protection.

I honestly think you are reading too much into it all, and feeling like it obliges you to do something. When in fact all we're asking is that you DON'T do something. lol

Either way, thank you for your time, and best of luck with your RP city.
