Now, most of you are probably wondering what sets
us apart from other mercenary and/or roleplaying guilds. There's a couple
of answers to this.
We place no
restictions on our members. Anyone can join really, despite their
race or skills. The more diversity in our ranks, the more interesting
RP. We only require you to roleplay and be in character while talking
in public channels. But well, for a roleplaying guild that's obvious.
Explore Agon
while doing jobs. Since we accept jobs from anyone in Agon, it means that
you'll be sent on missions all around Agon. This means you'll be able
to explore a big chunk of the world yourself while doing your missions.
A mature,
fun and friendly community. We strive
for a mature and friendly community. Yet, this does not mean our guildchat
will be all serious. There's always room for a couple of jokes, as long
as they remain friendly and do not insult any people on purpose. Although
we require some sense of humor from your side as well though.
Three different branches. We may
be mercenaries but that doesn't mean we are all about fighting. We have
3 types of branches: The Army, Diplomats
and Crafters. While not every mercenary guild
has this, we think it's essential to have crafters and diplomats as well.
So, if your character is more of a diplomat or more of a crafter you'll
find a place among our ranks as well. A member can be part of multiple
branches at the same time.
Actual payment.
Members that successfully complete a mission collectively get 50% of the
total sum we get from the mission. The rest will go to the guild bank.
Everyone once in a while people may get a bonus for good performance.
A mentoring
system for people that want to learn to roleplay.
This is probably one of the features wich makes us differ from other roleplaying
guilds most. We realise that if we are on a server with people that have
never roleplayed before, we'll get quite some people interested that are
willing to learn how to roleplay but have no idea how to get started.
Therefore, some of our experienced roleplayers have volunteered to become
mentors. These mentors will help all you people new to RPing on your way
and they'll show you the ropes. We have to see in your application that
you are willing to learn though.

Do note though, that while we are not playing the beta or live-game, we're
not recruiting. We'll test your roleplaying ability when we are able to
play. You're free to make your application though, and we will contact
you once the clan is formed in-game.
